Dave and Michelle were one of Foundation Homes’ first property management clients and worked with the team for over five years until their daughter moved into their rental. After seven missed opportunities, due in part to being out bid, Christopher worked with Dave and Michelle to formulate a strategy that would secure their home.
Though tested this strategy WORKED. On house number eight everything came together and as Dave and Michelle were able to beat out 25 other offers and get the house they wanted.
In the months that followed The Sandusky’s made some changes and celebrated the holidays with their growing family in their new home.
